Volunteer With Us: Individuals

The most popular volunteer activity is helping on the construction site. Boston Habitat's construction crew utilizes volunteers during the week, between 9:00 am - 3:30 pm. We welcome your participation whether you are an experienced tradesperson or you don't know a screwdriver from a hammer! All we ask is that you be at least 16 years old and are willing to work alongside our Construction Team. Please look at our online calendar, and submit a volunteer application to sign up!

The ReStore is a new venture we're working on -- kind of like a second-hand "Home Depot." We need some volunteers to help staff it on a regular basis (10AM-5PM, Tuesdays-Saturdays). ReStore volunteers may be processing donations, moving merchandise, helping customers, working the cash register and cleaning, repairing and refurbishing donations among a variety of other tasks.
